The bio sauna is part of the 650sqm wellness area at Naturhotel Reissenlehen. The temperature in the bio sauna is between 45 and 60 degrees and the humidity is around 40 to 55 percent. It is ideal for relaxing, because the circulation is not so heavily stressed. The combination of heat and changing light is used to increase general well-being.
The different light colours stimulate different sensations: Red light has an invigorating effect, promotes blood circulation and activates cardiac output. Green light calms and promotes balance. Yellow light relieves tension, activates the glands and makes you feel cheerful. Blue light has a calming effect, lowers blood pressure and promotes relaxation.
