At the Naturhotel Reissenlehen, holistic living comfort is
cultivated. The hotel was built and equipped with much love, care and
sustainability. Wood from the hotel's own forest was cut and used for
the construction, according to traditional knowledge for healthy
living. The cosy interior design with valuable natural materials creates
comfortable rooms with a feel-good atmosphere. The furniture and fittings are
made of the most exquisite woods of oak, spruce and Swiss stone pine - in
combination with high-quality materials such as salt stones and
felt fabrics . Each element flatters the senses and
health.
The morning starts at the rich breakfast
buffet, where you are greeted and looked after by the staff with much
charm and friendliness. The tasty products come from local
farms. The fresh sausage selection, for example, comes from the butcher
Drexler
and
the crispy bread and baked goods from the Böcklmühle bakery,
a traditional business in its third generation and very close to
its homeland. A treat that is hard to resist, even though
many other delicacies tempt you at the buffet...because there are cheese varieties,
egg dishes, muesli, fruit salad, yoghurts, juices and
much more.
In the afternoon, the wonderful sun terrace invites you to
take a well-deserved break in summer.
Coffee specialities and a variety of
cakes or apple strudel with an extra portion of ice cream invite you to snack
and enjoy.
The view of the mountain panorama comes free of
charge!
In the evening, tasty dishes pamper the palate. The selection changes regularly depending on the season and ensures delicious variety in the three-course menu plus salad buffet and on the small menu. It has its very own charm when you cook what is in season and comes from the region - fresh herbs from the in-house herb garden also give each dish the final touch.
The evening restaurant is closed on Sundays!

Werner Irlinger and his son Florian use only fresh, local ingredients in their kitchen - this starts with fruit and vegetables and doesn't stop with meat and fish. The fish dishes at the Naturhotel Reissenlehen are worth a special recommendation. The trout come from the Resch farm in Stanggass and are of excellent quality and grade. The fish grow in fresh spring water, which flows in from the Böcklweiher nature reserve. The smoked fish is slowly smoked in the oven we built ourselves over aromatic beech wood and tastes great with fresh, crisp garden salads.
