If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance - this cancellation or rescheduling is free of charge. For appointments not cancelled in time and not attended, 100% of the treatment costs will be charged. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of an appointment for which an advance payment has been made in the form of a voucher, the same conditions apply, i.e. the value of the voucher will be reduced accordingly.
