Skiing at the Götschen
Bischofswiesen is a dream in white in winter. The federal performance
centre for skiers and snowboarders with snow-making facilities at Götschen and
the family skiing area Hochschwarzeck offer something for everyone.
In cooperation with the Götschen ski school, we offer ski and snowboard courses as well as a 20% discount on ski rentals. At the Götschen ski area you get a 20% discount on season tickets (not possible with points cards).

There are also other options open to you, such as a trip to Salzburg or a visit to the Berchtesgaden salt mine.
Cross-country skiing in the cross-country skiing centre Aschauerweiher
Our hotel is the ideal starting point for your cross-country skiing
holiday. The Aschauerweiher cross-country centre is just 2 km from the hotel.
Here you can even go cross-country skiing in the evening hours by
floodlight.
Floodlit cross-country skiing - daily from 17.00 to 20.00 hrs.
Snow cannons ensure the best piste conditions! The cross-country centre has
approx. 24 km of perfectly groomed trails, skating and classic cross-country
style. A cross-country ski school and ski rental are also available.
Whether
beginner or professional - there is something for every level of difficulty.
Well-prepared tracks lead through fields, hilltops and forests and always a
unique mountain backdrop with a view of the Watzmann in front of
you.
